Why doesn't my Nokia Lumia 530 read my SD card?

Nokia Lumia 530 doesn?t read my SD card

I purchased nokia lumia 530 phone about 8 month ago. It was working fine but now its not reading my SD card which is I am using from start of this phone. I checked my SD card on PC there is no virus or damage in SD card. If I insert another card in my lumia 530 phone it works fine but if I insert my old SD card it shows LODING all the day and doesn?t work. Please advise.

You may need to reformat the SD Card either using your phone (Storage Sense) or your PC. Copy everything from your SD Card as is*, format the SD Card, and then copy all of them back to your SD Card.

*- Theoretically, this should preserve all the app settings of the apps installed on the SD Card. But as a safety precaution, move all the apps to your phone first before formatting the card.
