In settings/ About / The Model is Nokia Lumia 920. Why?? The bluetooth settings see the 930 as the 920??

Because when you restore a phone from a previous backup, the name carries over.

You named your 920 as such, and the name simply was carried over to the 930.

Example: My 920 is named "tonraq"
Now if I were to restore a backup of it onto say, a Lumia 1520 or any other model, it's name will also become "tonraq".

Plug your phone into a PC and rename it from there. Choose whatever you want. It's just a name.
