beware that many of it may be complaints.

I say that as long as you don't need the phone to be operable all the time, and that you've read the blog post on the release/understand EXACTLY what you're signing up for, then why not?

Yes there are some posts but for older update, not for updates from April.
Update from February was terrible, my phone was shouting down all the time.

I would like to test new updates but I don't see much comments.

New Windows 10 Technical Preview build now available for phones

I think this should give you all you need to know.
There's plenty of posts about the April release though, especially since its available to so many more phones.

Its certainly not ready to be publicly released though.
