Update to GDR2 - 2 Stage Process?

I have an AT&T 635 and installed Windows Insider and proceeded to one update.
I ended up with Denim.

Will the next update take me to GDR2 or 10?

Windows Insider will NOT upgrade the firmware (Cyan->Denim), only AT&T can.
I have the Microsoft Canada phone, and after 4 reboots I got to 8.1 Update (8.10.14219.341) a few weeks ago.
Google that version number, it will lead you to Wikipedia version history.
