Nokia Lumia 635 - Texts not actually sending (Cricket)

Hi,

I just got my Nokia Lumia 635 a week ago. For the past few days, I've noticed that texts I send to other people, which show up as sent to them, aren't actually being received. I've had 3 different people (1 using Lumia 520 on Cricket, 1 using an IPhone 4s on Virgin Mobile, and 1 using an IPhone 5s on AT&T) all show me that they aren't receiving my texts. Each of them have missed multiple messages from me over the past couple days because they never got them.

Is their a common fix for this? I still am well within my warranty. I just am not sure if it is my specific phone, Cricket, or a larger problem with the Lumia 635/Windows. I am happy to provide any additional information

Have you ever been on iMessage with that number? Or the people who you are texting to?

Otherwise try turning off WiFi as SMS will only use Cellular data (but I don't think that is your issue).

Check with your carrier. Most SMS issues such as non-receipt are carrier related.

Had similar problem this weekend. After about 11 months of 635 ownership SMS stopped working outbound but inbound was OK.
After trying the usual - power bounce, reboot, problem remained.
Called ATT support yesterday and within 20 minutes, outbound SMS from 635 was fixed. Something on their end needed to be toggled/reset/whatever. OK now.
