i got a problem with application scaling most of time some application is bigger than screen, when i hide the navigation bar i can see it's place black and empty shouldn't the app scale there too ?
this problem happened with me while having those OS

in 8.1 and 8.1 update 2 there was a little bit of screen not scaling this increased in win 10 TP become a little bit more than win 8.1 and win 8.1 update 2
