Why can't I access find my phone settings (Lumia 640XL)?

(Lumia 640XL) can't access find my phone setting

i just bought a new 640xl yesterday, and i set up FMP just fine. But today, when i go to FMP setting, it just kick me out to the setting screen.
anyway to fix beside reset?

How about a restart?

Sometimes, persistent trying brings results. With my sister's L535 where a restart didn't resolve the issue, a certain settings page couldn't be accessed right after a factory reset. A restart didn't work. So, she just kept trying to open the settings page that was "kicking" her "out". Around seven attempts later, it worked.

Make sure you have internet connection before entering FMP option
It wont work without internet connection

yeah, found it. I kinda open FMP on PC but didn't ring or lock it, i can access FMP just fine after i ring it XD

i dont have the option to add new phone please help me with screenshots,but the account is active cos i am an insider

Are you trying to add a phone that was registered as an Insider?
