    I was thrilled to discover that Fitbit finally jumped on board the windows phone platform and after buying a Fitbit nearly a week ago, I was excited to get working with it, however it have not been able to connect the Fitbit to my p hone at all. I just updated to Windows Denim and all of my compatibility is in order however I still am not able to connect to app or via bluetooth. Has anyone else had this issue? I have done every trouble shooting thing I could find online from Windows Central and Fitbit and this has not helped at all, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    my wife sometimes has the same issue.

    my solution for her: reboot phone; if that doesn't work then plug your fitbit into the charger, let it start charging then hold the button down until it restarts. you don't lose any data, it just reboots it.

    I'm having the same issue with my 635 and I tried the above and it didn't work. Any help with this issue would be great
