why arent i able to download apps or games from the store on my new microsoft lumia 535

"we are having trouble installing this app. " it says update my phone but there is no updates

Double check that the date and time are set correctly... If the time/date are too far off, it won't let you download apps and updates... If that is set correctly, make sure you are signed in worth a Microsoft account.
