Why has my Lumia 735 failed to send or receive Emails for several days

Although previously able to do so, i am now unable to connect toWiFi either in my home or office. . Phone now only useable for calls and texts

Check your date and time...

Check that your accounts can sync Manually. Settings > email + accounts > hold down an account name > tap "sync" from the pop up menu

Try a Soft Reset. Hold the Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots (about 10 seconds).
