Why has my Lumia 830 stopped syncing?

My Lumia 830 stopped syncing with email accounts, text and social media yesterday. When requesting a sync, it cycles through endlessly and then (if in email) says Email Up To Date, though I can see from other devices that this is not the case.

It has stopped sending texts, syncing email and updated FB

It is showing a strong signal and is connected to Wifi.

Any suggestions?

Check your date and time... If they are off all heck breaks out.

Also check the restrictions in Data Sense and (temporarily) remove any.

Does your Microsoft Account manually sync?
