Weird keyboard issue - can't access Advanced Settings

Hey guys,

I hard resetted my Lumia 925 (WP 8.1) today and, after that, I've been trying to access the advanced keyboard settings (to set the comma on...) and, when I tap the button, it goes back to the previous (Settings) screen. The phone is completely updated, or at least it says so.

Has it happened with anyone else? Do you have a clue on how to fix it?

I hard reseted my Lumia 930 (reverted to WP8.1 from w10m 10149) and I am having the same issue.

If anyone finds out hoe to correct it without hard reset, please share

Anything? I have the same issues on mu 920. Same thing. i rolled back from win10 win insider with windows recovery tool. Anyone got this solved?
Soft reseting didnt worked. nor hard reset.

I gave up and got used do tapping and holding the "." key to reach the comma
Now I'm using the W10M preview, there the comma is enabled by default.
In the meanwhile, I haven't found anywhere a solution to that...

Same issue here on 925. Were you all testing WP10 preview before flashing the phone back to 8.1 like me?

Exactly.
I just rolled back to 8.1 and it's happening again, maybe it has something to do with it.

Until wp10 final or wp8.1 update arrives...

Maybe if it's a clean reinstall it won't happen again...

A fresh install does fix the issue!

Don't roll from a backup, just do a fresh one...

How did you do that, exactly? Went to w10 and then reinstalled wp 8.1, but not rolling back? Because hard reseting on wp 8.1 didn't solved it for me.
