"Package not available for this phone"

Hi guys,

I use a 930 as my daily driver but have a 1020 as a backup phone that I've been trying out the Windows 10 Preview on. Naturally I want to upgrade the latest build, so I've been trying to roll back to 8.1 in order to do so. However, when I try to use WPRT to reinstall 8.1, the program keeps telling me this, no matter what I try.



Is there a way I can download the package manually or force the program to install it? I'm in the UK and the phone is a CV GBIE, if that helps. The only thing I can think of is that I got it from eBay, and its a special edition 64GB model that's not locked to O2, as it was given out at the 2013 launch event in London.

This won't help, but I've got exactly the same phone - I was at the launch event - and exactly the same problem. Still looking for a fix.
