Why my lumia 930 can't turn on.
Hi, I'm very new here.
After I installed wm10 build 10136 and I decided to go back to wm 8.1. I use windows phone recovery tools. But it showed on the desktop screen that it's not success and my lumia 930 wass gone. I try to reconnect to my computer and it shows "USB device not recognized". I tried to hard reset on the phone but it didn't have any sign on screen. So , can anyone suggest me what should I do?
