my Lumia 925 doesn't update to latest Windows 10 mobile nor reverts to 8.1

Hello
I got a Lumia 925
lately I installed the Wp10 preview build 10136
Now I want to get the new build however when I go to Phone Update in settings the phone gets stuck on the update screen that says:
"There were some problems installing updates,but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to contact support for information, this may help (0x8000ffff)"

I then tried to revert to WP 8.1 however the recovery tool says your phone got the latest software!!
please advise how I can upgrade or go back to WP 8.1

Just "ignore" what the recovery tool is saying and proceed (because the firmware version is the same you get this message but the OS is different). Lots of people got the same message and proceeded and rolled back to 8.1

On the tool push the button "Reinstall software"

Hi,

I am getting the same error while downloading the next windows 10 technical preview build on my lumia 625.
I would like to go to next build without rolling back to 8.1. Please advise if there is a fix to error 0x8000fff.
