Lumia 520 spinning gears and bootloop

Hi,I am on the technical preview for windows mobile 10 and recently started to download the latest build 10047 from 10080,but i got an error and thus decided to try it again at a later time.But after an hour or so the phone automatically started to reset and i saw the spinning gears screen.I waited for about 30 minutes but then out of the the phone restarted again and got stuck in a bootloop staying in the spinning gears screen and restarting again.i'm not able to detect the phone in WPRT.Please help.

I encountered the same problem upgrading to W10 on my 520, I resolved it using Windows Phone Recovery Tool.
I tried many times before it worked
I hope it could help.

Same problem with me and the phone is not getting connected to pc so Software recovery tool isnt working what to do
