Problem with the volume up button

I have the Lumia 635 and I can set the volume on the volume up button. I can only in the volume down button and set volume. How I can fix it? It's not a software problem.
I have guaranteed for 2 years, I can send my phone to fix it? If not I can work without this button. It's easy.

If you have 2 years guarantee and the defect is covered you should get a free repair.
But if the defect is due to water damage or physical damage (you dropped your phone) the repair may not be for free.
So I would suggest to contact Nokia/microsoft care how to get your phone fixed.

I can vouch that this thing works did it about 8 months ago and no problems at all ..... Go ahead just jab it in ....
