Why has my Phone App stopped working?

Phone App not working

I am using lumia 925 and after the windows 10 pre-release update phone app is not working. Really appreciate if some one can provide solution for this.

You should hace two phone apps on the app list. One of them should work just fine while the other won't.

Only one phone app is there and it has the issue

Then the only solution seems to be doing a hard reset.
