Anyone have a BLU WIN HD LTE with Tempo Wireless

This is my first windows phone and I'm generally pleased with it. The issue I'm having is getting the wireless data to work. Works fine on my Wifi at home but I would like to be able to use wireless data when away from home. My provider doesn't seem to know how to configure it for wireless data. Not many window phones using their network.

Tempo uses T-Mobile towers but each provider is a little different on their GSM setup from what I understand.

If anyone could help out would appreciate it.

Just the one SIM in slot 1 yes?

Settings > cellular + SIM > make sure that Use Internet is turned on for slot 1

SIM settings > Manual Internet APN set to On

edit Internet APN > use the values Tempo requires > tap save

edit MMS APN > use the values Tempo requires > tap save
