Very low sound volume for ringtones and notifications

Hello

I am new with WP and I am new with that low sound volume
Lumia 640 is my first WP and I am really impressed with phone. Everything work like a charm. But I got just sound problem

Anybody knows how to improve speaker sound volume on this phone?

There's no problem with earphone volume and in call volume. That works great and can be until 30/30. But speaker volume can be just 10/10 and that is too low and I just cannot believe that MS did it so bad.
My previous Android models was much much louder than this Lumia 640 and I think that I will sell it if I cannot increase volume
