I bought 735 a month ago, and now it's scratched.
Is it the glass or me???

    Most probably both.

How would you rate yourself in terms of gadget care and handling?

On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest, I'd place myself in 9 (I rarely let my phone out of my sight. Whenever I have to put it on a flat surface, I put in on top of its leather pouch. I regularly clean the screen with a micro fiber cloth, around thrice a week. I most of the time use two hands to avoid dropping the phone. I have never dropped the phone, nor have subjected it to violent vibrations or shaking. I regularly check the stability of the OIS, seeing if it develops some abnormalities. I almost never let anyone touch or handle my phone without me breathing down their necks.) After 1.5 years of owning an L1020, it only has around 10 very short hair-line scratches, possibly due to the sand in air getting in between the phone and the leather pouch - but they're barely visible under normal light. Now I know someone who had his phone chewed into by a dog - I'll place him at a rating of 2. Those guys who upload videos of phone destruction get a rating of 1.
