Why can't I get my Nokia Lumia 830 out of flight mode?

Why my nokia lumia 830 can't get out of flight mode

It suddenly happened after i restart my phone then it can't get out of flight mode when i try to turn it off it will turn off and on again. I tried a hard reset, restarting it again thought it was a sim card problem so i swapped with my friends phone and it worked fine, using Microsoft Lumia Recovery Software and it all didn't work.

Sorry, since you already tried WPRT, that was the last trick. You might want to seek warranty repair or replacement at this point.

I've also experienced some weird antenna issues on my 830. Sometimes after turning on airplane mode, the toggle switch shows off when I turn it off, but my phone doesn't reconnect to the network. I've never been completely stuck, as a power cycle will restore my signal.

Another strange thing I've experience several times is when I am at another location where I have wifi access, the network name sometimes shows up as my home wifi SSID. My first instinct has been to either toggle my wifi off and back on or toggle airplane mode off and on. However, when I do this, my phone usually can't find any wifi networks until I power cycle the phone.
