Why isn't my Lumia 925 charging and unable to hard reset?

Lumia 925 is not getting charged and unable to hard reset

Recently 2 things happened ,1 my phone got updated with newer 8.1 OS and 2 I changed the SIM from 3G to 4G. Since then I am facing problems like phone gets stuck, slow processing,etc. I had to hard reset it all the time.
But yesterday when I tried to hard reset I happened the screen appeared and then disappeared. Since then the phone is in off condition, no soft no hard reset works. Even after connecting to the power supply the home button do not blink. But now in the morning when I connect the home button blinks once and goes off. Hard reset do not work. Confused, dont know what to do other than approaching nokina care.
The phone is not covered unde warrenty.

A lot of hard resets is very strenuous on the battery.

If you plug it in for a few hours and it does not boot... You have a hardware issue. Seek repair.

If it does boot, use Windows Phone Recovery Tool to flash the phone with the latest official. Remove any SIM card first. How can I recover/reset/restore my phone software? - Microsoft - USA
