Bluetooth ? Can?t Transfer files from Win 7 PC to L635

Solved - I’m running 8.2 on a debranded ATT (unlocked). I added the windows phone (Bluetooth device) to my PC.

When I try a “File Transfer” I get nowhere. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the device a couple times – each time my win7PC adds about 5 drivers but can’t install two drivers for “Bluetooth peripheral device”.

I’ve downloaded and installed Windows Mobile Device Center & Driver Update as was suggested on Win 7 forums, but this didn’t help.

Any suggestions out there? Thanks in advance.
