Screen Flicker at Low brightness

Does anyone facing screen flickering when the brightness is set to extreme low? (say 5-10%) or this is normal?

That seems to be the way the phone is regulating the brightness of the screen, where the brightness of the screen is inversely proportional to the duration of the "off" segment of the flicker. Hence, at lower brightness levels, the flicker becomes more apparent.

This is also the reason why Glance screens appear to flicker especially when a background image has been set for it.

Therefore, unless the flicker is also apparent when the phone brightness is around 50% or medium, that is normal.

The flickering of display light in extreme low brightness is always acceptable for a low end device, not found commonly in mid range and high end smartphones.
