I can't trust my Nokia 1320 any more, can I please get some help?

I cant trust my Nokia 1320 any more

I have up date Nokia 1320 cos i was asked then the phone doesn't remember my sim card but sometimes it comes on.I don't know what to do?I try going to office but still didn't up date even the office.this address below i got on google. pls Nokia i ;like the phone but u are not good in giving support.what kind of software u release that disconnect our working sim.

I also have the 1320.. After the last update the screen tends to blur with funny colours allover .the screen..bt when i screen shot it so that i can view it later, the images appears to be clear and no such colours. Perhaps its just a bug
