Loading... when going back to start screen

Just upgraded from a 1320 to a 640 XL, amazing thing, much better screen and camera, but I have a big problem.

First when I had the phone, it was slow with scrolling, so I did a factory reset (the same day I bought it) and it was fine. Now, every now and then, when I unlock and return to the start screen, it gets stuck on a black screen saying Loading or Resuming... Anyone else with the same problem? Could it be the SD card?

Have you installed live lock screen? or something similar?

No I haven't, but after trying out Windows 10 I restored it back to Windows 8.1 again, and it seems that the problem is gone.
