Windows Central Question

I think I've bricked my phone.

I'm using a Nokia Lumia 730 Dual SIM. I had installed Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 10080. My phone wasn't responding. It was stuck at the loading screen. So, I tried to hard reset it. After performing a hard reset, my phone just got stuck at the lock screen. When I swiped it up nothing came. Not even the action center is accessible. What should I do? Has anyone else had this problem?

That or if you turn off your phone holding volume - and power and keep it held until the phone begin start up, then release the power button and keep holding the volume -.

A screen with an exclamation should appear. Press volume +, volume - power and then volume -.

You find your phone completely resets

I had a crash on my Lumia Icon that wouldn't allow me to do a hard reset. I took it to a Microsoft Store and let the Help Desk guys take a whack at it, and after an hour or so they had it all sorted out. If the WP Recovery Tool doesn't get it done then I suggest finding a Microsoft Store.
