Why aren't my pictures clear, any moving object is blurry and its impossible to get a good picture?

my pictures are not clear, any moving object is blurry and its impossible to get a good picture.

I have lumia 1520, and i don't understand how to get a picture right! if its a group of people, it looks like my hand is shacking! i'm know i'm missing something.
It's my second 1520' and its the same, tnx!

Never experienced such a thing on my 1520. Your second 1520 too? Sounds suspect. Maybe your hand is shacking.

a wild guess: perhaps you are using your camera app not in automatic mode.
Blurry immages usual means that the shutter speed is too slow. This triggers me that you are using the camera app in shutter time modus.

Flash off rather than auto will do the same
