So I tried to update by phone to Windows 10 mobile, but the update used more power than my charger could supply.
So now, I plug my phone in, it charges for a second, then it autostarts, which is the update, which uses too much power and turns off again. I can't find a way out of the cycle. I even bought one of those expensive "75% more power" chargers which allows the update screen to run a few more seconds before the whole thing just turns off again.
It won't charge when it's not on so I'm stuck. Any ideas?
Edit: I have since tried the hard reset thing by holding down the VolumeDown button but it never shows the red ! like it's supposed to, presumably because it's in the middle of an OS update
