Why won't my Lumia 640 on Windows 10 recognize my sd card suddenly?

why is my lumia 640 windows 10 won't recognising my sdcard suddenly

My SD card is not showing suddenly sometimes. Now it is showing that SD card have errors but when i checked in other mobile it is working. Please help me it is 32gb and all my apps are in it.

Unfortunately Windows 10 mobile is having issues with apps on SD cards due to buggy code (we all know that part). You'll have to backup the contents of your SD card and reformat it (PC or within the phone doesn't matter) and then start using it.
