L640 Stuck in boot loop, how can I get out of it?

L640 Stuck in boot loop

So I tried to update my Lumia 640 to Win10, and long story short it didn't end well. Now, what happens is the phone will turn on, display the Microsoft logo for a few seconds, show the spinning gears screen for 3-4 minutes, then go to the sad face screen for about a minute and rebooting to start the process all over again. It's been doing this for about 6 hours now, and nothing I've tried so far has helped; the VolDn+Pwr hard reset option is nonresponsive, and I cant use the Windows Phone Recovery Tool because it never detects my phone. Any ideas?

have you tried taking the battry out whilst conneced to recovery tool and insert it again see if that helps?? im running latest windows 10 and im strongly thinking of reverting do to it not working perperly even after hard reset let me know if it works for yah
