Hi!
Since yesterday my Lumia 640 lte got stuck in airplane mode. I tried turning it off and on again, and it started rebooting every two minutes. I tried:
- Soft and Hard reset
- Random reboot repair tool both as a phone app (it says the phone is ok) and in my pc
- Windows phone repair tool won't recognize the phone, it gives me the error code "product code is empty" I've done this with disabled firewall and running it as an administrator, I also tried to make it recognize in UEFI mode, and it gives me always the same code error.
The problem is not only that the phone is stuck in airplane mode, but it also reboots every two minutes, I can't even charge it.
Can't take it to a service either because I bought it abroad.
Any Ideas?
