Custom ringtone issue

Hey all, I have a question about custom ringtones. I know how to add them, and I have a few already set. How come only 4 custom ringtones show up in my settings, but in my ringtone file location I have 8? No matter what I do, only 4 show up when I try to either set a custom tone, or try to text a tone to someone. Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks!

I've seen an issue where they don't show up unless you add them via a PC.

Download then from OneDrive and you can't see them, download them to a PC and transfer then you can see them....weird!
