Unable to take Screenshots

I am unable to take screenshots.
I can tak only one screenshot. thn if change to phone memory i can take another one screenshot.

So when I rename the screenshot pic it can take another screenshot pic. then same problem again.

So I found that It cant take more than one screenshot. Phone is unable to create anothers files, We have to rename that files.

Any Solution Please?

I have Lumia 640XL Latest OS Version.

It sounds like you determined that the phone has problems saving your screenshot to storage. Maybe the folder or file in the screenshot folder is corrupted.
I assume you did a soft reset.
I would try a different SDCard to see if the same happens.
If you connect your phone to the PC you should see the Picture folder. Try to locate the screenshot folder and delete that, reboot the phone and then try again.

if that all doesn't help a hard reset may be the last resort.
