Battery drainage

Hi. I have a Lumia 640, which I really like. However my battery is really weird. Ex while using 6tag, just watching pictures, battery drains 1 % every 3-5 minutes. This isn't normal, is it? It is 1 week old. Not using LTE. Wifi mostly.

Also, my screen is not so sensitive sometimes. Not always registering touches ex on keyboard.

That is malfunctioning drvice i think my friend. Cause my works almost perfectly.

Your battery draining rate is relatively normal. However, the insensitivity of your screen is not normal - you may want to have your phone replaced in the store since it's just one-week old.
