Slow charging warning

I've a powerbank (13000mah) which has two usb slots one has 1A output and other has 2.1 A output, whenever I charge my phone using 2.1A slot I get slow charge warning but there's no such warning when charging using 1A usb slot. Why's so happening? Is it a bug or something like that?

Maybe a bug. I know that on my wife's 640XL with 8.1 Update 2 the same happens on a Jackery charing bank with 2.1A and 1A jack. On my 640XL with latest W10M though it doesn't show the slow charging message.

I initially thought this is because the phone will simply not use the 2.1A charge and only recognize a USB cable with a tiny trickle charge at 5V and report slow charging. However, my hypothesis does not hold after my experience on W10M.

I suggest using the 1A jack for charging.
