Slow Wi-Fi speed

Does anyone notice this annoying issue with the damn slow wifi speed?
Some pages takes too long time to load, I thought it's the stuck explorer browser but it's the device.
Even on speed test its getting too low results.
On H/H+/4g no problems.
Nothing else connected to the Wi-Fi, nothing uploaded.
Any other devices that I have not facing that issue.

There is something to do before I give this device away?

What is the running bandwidth of your Wi-Fi connection? Have you tried clearing the browsing history/temporary files of your phone?

Happened with any Wi-Fi, cache and temp and history cleaned.
Nothing really help, it's still very slow while the mobile network is much more faster

What speeds are you registering? I'd recommend using the Network Speed Test app from Microsoft for reliability and consistency.
