Flash new Rom

I tried to upgrade my lumia 620 to windows 10, but it keep restarting and stuck in the gears screen, can i fix this.
OR, from where i can get a good windows 8.1 ROM to flash it? so i can get my phone running again.

Windows Device Recovery Tool is your friend.

You may even want to try upgrading to 10 again after a clean install of 8.1

I had the same problem with windows 10 on my 625 . I think the problem occurs when before installation there is a message popping out about problem with your sd card ... I did the same thing, -clean wp 8.1 installed, upgrade to windows 10 , with no problem at all.

After clean install of 8.1, i tried to upgrade again to windows 10, but this time i choose fast updates, and it worked. it took around 30 mins to download and 1:30 hour to install.
Generally it's response is slow, I hope the final release will be faster and more stable.
