how do I fix error code 0x80240438 in my windows 10 Lumia 640 phone?

I've just recently updated my Lumia 640 phone to Windows 10 technical preview, and I can't seem to be able to install any apps from the windows store, or even update the existing ones. I've also tried to check for updates in the settings, to no luck. Is there anyone who has/had the same problem, and how did you solve it. Thanks in advance.

I feel short of options, so I did a hard reset and this fixed the issue.
