Why did my Microsoft 735 Verizon stop the auto upload of the camera roll to Cloud?

Microsoft 735 Verizon Stopped Auto Upload of Camera Roll to Cloud

Have a Verizon Microsoft 735 and set Camera Roll to sync to my Microsoft cloud account.....worked great until a couple of weeks ago, now getting "Couldn't upload. Tap to retry." message (x 50+ photos)..... went back to One Drive "photos + videos" in settings, changed back to "Don't Upload" then back to "Best Quality..........", to reset and still no go. Have good home WiFi signal as before but still not working!!!!!!

1. What OS are you running?

2. Have you tried a simple soft reset?

Tried soft reset, no luck....looks like phone is 8.1 Update 2. Running Windows 10 on HP laptop.
