Why am I unable to install apps on my Lumia 730 phone?

Unable to install apps on my Lumia 730 phone

Hi Guys,

I am from India and new to the windows platform.Recently i have installed some apps such as MC 5, Brother in Arms 3, Real Steel through the SD card(via the install local apps option).But now all of a sudden i am unable to install apps on phone.I can't install apps from the windows store and as well as sd card.

I have tried downloading the Fifa 15 UT app on my laptop and by moving it to my sd card and i am unable to install it.

I am unable to download any app from the windows store as well.

So I have tried by unstalling a VLC xap file which was installed earlier and re-stalling it's xap and still there is no success.

Sometimes i get the error code no. 80070057.
Evrytime i try to install a app it just show me Attention Required click here.
Please help.

Hi there. For starters, what phone are you using?

Most store issues are fixed by a soft reset. In order to do a soft reset, just hold down the power button + Volume down button for about 15 seconds, or until the phone vibrates.

Let me know if that doesn't fix the problems.

Hi as i had stated before I am using lumia 730.

I did the soft reset and still there is no success.
This is showing error code no. 80070020.
