Hello and welcome to Windows Central.

If you've synchronized your phone with your Microsoft account, you should be able to restore your contacts by simply synchronizing your contacts back to your phone... but then how did your contacts "disappear" in the first place?

Could you check your people.live.com account and verify that your contacts are still in your account?
