I have same issue with you. I took my phone to nokia care point. They couldn't repair the phone. I was calling Microsoft customer care number they have arranged me a another service centre. I again took my phone to said sevice centre, they too couldn't repair my phone. Then i bought another Lumia 640 device from amazon. Coz m damn windows phone lover and my old lumia 520 is still stuck on bitlocker blue screen.
