my phone lumia 730 primary windows account has stopped working
since past week my phones primary account has stopped working and i cant use the store because of it. the operating system is 8.1. it says your password has expired. I changed the password but nothing happened. Then I read somewhere to manualy change time. Experimented a lot with that but it didnt work out. I also read that by creating alias of your outlook account you can change the primary account. i have created an alias and made it my primary account on account.live.com. But that does not change the primary account on my phone. Please help, I do not want to hard reset my phone.
