I cant change default memory in Windows 10 -Nokia lumia 735

hi
i upgrade my phone to windows 10 with Insider
now i cant change default storage in Storage option.
my memory card shown but name is shown like chines or japans name or symbols like Delta symbol !!
and the change option is not work !!
i allways have low memory alert because i cant change setup app on memory card ...
any buddy know what hell is this?

W10M10581? It was known issue for that build, update to 10586.11 and hard-reset.
