Why won't some apps download on my Microsoft Lumia 535 since I updated it to w10 technical preview

Since I updated my phone, I found that some apps will not download. For instance, I am told that ITV Hub is installed, but when I try to run it, it will nit play. I try to install the update for the app, but it throws up an error message "0x8007cf3" and will not continue.

I also find that although the ITV Player icon is still present, it will not play and I cannot remove it to allow the ITV Hub app to launch.

My question is: How can I fix this?

I believe there is an update to Store that needs to happen to smooth the experience.

Someone on the Insider Program will correct me if I'm wrong, or give details if accurate...
