Lumia 950XL on Verizon's towers

I feel I should know this by now, but I've been too busy to follow the whole Verizon deal lately. So here's my question: I'm with Page Plus, a secondary-citizen carrier that runs off of Verizon's towers. I'm currently using one of their nano-SIMs in my Icon. Would I be able to pop it out and stick it in a 950XL, since it wouldn't need activated?
