Main Camera does not work at all, what can I do?

Main Camera does not work at all

I got two 640 LTEs, one for me and one for my wife.
Mine , camera start to fail, not working at all, unless I reseted the whole thing (even tryed the hard reset and installed all from cero) Actually it just does not work it all.
My Wife?s phone, atrted to do the same issue, so I sen them back to vendor to claim for warranty. I hope those phones are replaced and not to have any more problems. I really like the 640 but I can not spend my time doing hard resets.

Anyone ever experienced it before?

Well my 920 has insider builds on it and recently I noticed my camera was completely blacked out when I launched it.. I did a soft reset and it's working again

Our two 640s seem to have problems with the stock Microsoft Camera- it stops responding to screen taps to take the photo, and occasionally freezes. We just use the Lumia Camera instead and it works fine.
