Stuck on first boot?

Hi! Finally I got my 950xl today,but is this little punk broken?

The only thing I did frome box until now:

Unpack, put in the nano Sim, back with the battery and backside, plug in the charger, turn on the 950 and get this screen (attached img) after some windows float and black screens.

The screen say, setting up a few more things.

When I'm posting this it has been on this screen for 2 hours straight, is it broken or what?

Hi, did it start? Did you do anything?

Mine is stuck on first boot too....

Remove memory card and wait for 10more min.. Because it's a bug.. Caused by memory card....
